Auction Terms:

1. VAT Inclusion: Bids exclude VAT, which will be automatically calculated and added to the invoice. For items shipped outside South Africa, payment must be made in USD, with collection by a forwarding agent.

2. Auction Fee: A flat 5% Auction Fee is added to all bids. Please consider this fee when placing your bids.

3. Bid Finality: All bids are final once the auction closes. Ensure you confirm the correct bid amount on the correct lot. If you need to retract or revise a live bid, contact us while the lot is still active. Cancelled bids after the lot closes will incur a fee of 5% of the bid amount (with a minimum of R 2500).

4. Payment and Collection: Payment after winning an auction is due within 7 days. Collection after payment is made should occur within 14 days. Failure to pay within the stipulated time will result in a storage fee of R50 per day.

Return Policy (RMA):

1. Warranty Coverage: Xperien offers customers a warranty against misrepresented products, subject to the following conditions:

2. Form Completion: Customers must complete all required form fields for warranty claims.

3. Documentation: Customers must provide photos or videos showing the shipment condition at the time of delivery.

4. RMA Submission: RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

5. Shipping Instructions: Customers must ship the product within 5 business days after receiving the return shipping label provided by Xperien.

6. Responsibility: Customers are responsible for returning all original packaging, labeling, and components.

7. Labelling: The RMA number must be clearly labeled on both the inside and outside of the package.
